Distinctive Design: A comfortable Urban Life near Athens. Situated near the city of Athens, with beautiful and relaxing sea views, this urban complex is designed on a large, steeply sloped plot. It consists of nine houses and nine apartments. The apartments are located on the larger ground, spanning two levels with shared common areas. The uniqueness of each house stands out as they are developed on individual plots of varying sizes and slopes. Consequently, each design responds to a similar program of requirements, developed across the basement and two floors, while adapting to the particular characteristics of each plot. This results in diverse and interesting solutions, always prioritizing the best views and orientations. Each house is complemented by a unique garden and pool, enhancing its individuality. Considering these homes as a cohesive whole was a fundamental premise of the proposal. This is manifested through a meticulous treatment shared in terms of materials, blending dark local stone with elements or volumes of white plaster, combined with green roofs. This consistent yet varied approach gives the ensemble a strong identity. The design not only provides luxurious and functional living spaces but also harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The thoughtful integration of high-quality materials and attention to detail ensure that this complex offers a harmonious blend of nature and modern living. This approach creates a timeless and elegant environment, perfectly suited for enjoying the beauty and tranquility near Athens.
