Hotel Seventy

An Outdoor Escape: The Hotel's Mediterranean Garden Project BC Estudio group

The hotel’s landscaping project encompasses all exterior spaces within the block, including terraces and roofs. It introduces a lush planting proposal for a 60-meter-long interior patio featuring trees, fountains, and shrubs. Private terraces for level 1 rooms and two upper roof terraces.

The goal was to create a series of Mediterranean gardens, thoughtfully considering the diverse conditions of the site, ranging from shaded to sun-drenched areas, from exposed rooftops battered by sun and wind to well-protected zones. Various environments emerged, defined by carefully selected vegetation, including aromatic and flowering plants such as gardenias, ficus carica, rosemary, lavender, thymus, and sage.

The project offers a delightful setting and an essential outdoor experience for guests.
