Small family villageBC Estudio group
The island of Skiathos, in the Sporades archipelago, presents interesting landscape and architectural characteristics, combining the blue of the sea, hills with profuse vegetation of pine and olive trees, and white walls and tiled roofs.
The program included three homes for the same family, one main and two smaller ones, on land with a steep slope towards the sea. Based on these conditions, the key to the project was the design of the connections of each unit and between them, generating vehicular access and a pedestrian route. Stairs that crosses slopes and retaining walls, create the outdoor spaces, parking lots, pergolas and terraces. with sea views.
The approach allows maintaining independence of use and privacy and turns this project into a small village, exclusively for the family.
The complex is complemented by a sports area, a tennis court and a common porch area with barbecue, swimming pool and solarium near the sea
