Comporta Dunes
A master development plan in Comporta, nestled by prominent sand dunes and extensive rice fields.
The masterplan for the development and design of 40 luxury villas is part of the Comporta Dunes macro project. This project also includes an International Golf Club, luxury boutique hotels, and an equestrian center.
A large longitudinal lake structures the pine-covered terrain, creating spaces for common use. These spaces include a restaurant on its shore, a children’s area with swans and ducks, a beach area, a putting green, and a social club with a deck floating above the lagoon vegetation.
The villas are located on a one-hectare plot and developed in three typologies: Sand, Blue, and Green. These typologies are based on traditional regional cabins but feature contemporary designs. They combine different materials and colors. A unique aspect of this development is the inclusion of individual stables for each villa, linked to the Equestrian Center.
